Ratings and reviews

1. When I open the app, I am always prompted with a screen to download/update even if the app is up to date. I then only open the app from google play. 2. The app periodically forgets my account, I have to login each couple of weeks. I just check my mail to see the last notification on how much money I have. 3. The map function is sluggish and the list option to see stores nearby gets frozen oftentimes, I can see only 3-4 options.

Worst app I have used so far. Every time when i run it, it asks to upgrade it, without upgrading anything. Then of course I have to log in and provide security code. When you are in the store to the cashier desk to pay, it takes time to go through all those steps to see the available balance of the card.

Took a few tries to make an account. Impossible to find out where I can spend sport & culture vouchers. Previous app had a much better way of finding local merchants to spend my vouchers. Zooming in on the map is horrific. You have to find the exact pixels without a pin point to be able to zoom in.
