KTrade is an excellent, easy-to-use, and user-friendly trading app. The only issue I repeatedly face is with fund deposits. The amount is deducted from my bank account, but it doesn't reflect in my KTrade account unless I contact customer support and follow up through email. This happens almost every time I make a deposit. I hope KTrade improves this process, as it can affect users' trust and overall experience. Otherwise, the app is excellent.

I signed in the app, but they didn't ask to set up my username and password. then after filing the registration form I got exited from the app and when I reopened it, the app required the username and password. After many days I got a WhatsApp message from a guy saying He's from ktrade, he asked what issue are you facing in signing in then I explained the issue to him that I don't have username and password so he said there is some missing info and asked for my documents and details.

I recently opened an account on the KTrade app, and my experience has been great! The app is smooth, user-friendly, and very efficient for trading. I would like to give a special mention to Urosa Riaz for her exceptional support and guidance throughout the process. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable trading platform
