I signed in the app, but they didn't ask to set up my username and password. then after filing the registration form I got exited from the app and when I reopened it, the app required the username and password. After many days I got a WhatsApp message from a guy saying He's from ktrade, he asked what issue are you facing in signing in then I explained the issue to him that I don't have username and password so he said there is some missing info and asked for my documents and details.

This is a very pathetic app. It consumes more than 75% of my mobile battery. The login process is quite slow. Once I login and then logout and if I try to login again, it doesn't do this and I have to reinstall the app multiple times.

app is full of bugs, onboarding process is not smooth, app doesn't remember the data you already provided and overall frustrating experience. it's been a week and I'm still unable to open an account.
