Releam is an easy and fast way to create your own flashcards for learning foreign languages.

Add new words directly from online articles, books, or other apps.

You can create flashcards in several ways:
— Add them directly in the app;
— Use Quick Add from the notification panel;
— Highlight a word or phrase in a text and select the Releam option;
— Build your word list in an Excel file, import it, and start studying.

When adding a flashcard, you can:
— Use Google Translate for over 100 languages;
— Add an image you personally associate with the word;
— Add a usage example;
— Check word popularity.

The app already includes basic flashcards for the following language pairs: English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.

Use different types of exercises specially designed for faster memorization, and track your progress with detailed reports.

Share flashcard sets with friends via instant messengers, cloud storage, email, and more. Import and export Excel and Releam files.

Save a backup of your flashcards to your personal Google Drive account.

Customize your flashcards with themes, color palettes, and font sizes.

The app can be used offline.

Ratings and reviews

Don't even waste your time with any of the other flashcard apps. This is free, small, and works perfectly. It comes with already compiled lists of things for several languages, but you will need to add your own pics. Simplicity done properly 👌 Thanks to the devs, I have spent the better part of a week looking for something exactly like this just to brush up on some French vocab, but all the other flashcard apps or so busy pushing ads in your face that I almost gave up.

This app is very easy to use, and efficient! Looks nice too. It would be nice if the roster was more diverse, since I always have to choose Samoan when the cards are actually in Tuvaluan, which isn't in the roster. Maybe the developers could add some less common languages? Or maybe they could let us add languages to the roster only in our own device for better organization?

Will probably edit this review, because the app seems to be convenient: it's concise and its vocabulary is pretty vast, which I appreciate. Two things I'd suggest to keep in mind: —not all languages have pre-made cards, hope you aren't bothered with creating some yourself. —maybe it's an issue for me, but adding another language with pre-made cards turns its catalog completely empty, and if I delete everything to "reset" it, nothing will appear in the deck I initially added either.
