I would like to listen to music on any of my S1 Sonos speakers I invested in for my home, but 75% of the time I can't. It is the most frustrating thing to waste time just trying to play music! It's more like so NO -just give me my money back so I can go buy speakers that are reliable.

Sonically, the equipment sounds great. The software is horrible!!! Half the time I cannot connect to the Equipment, I want to hear a song and it takes 5 to 10 min to get it to play. also WHY DO YOU NOT ALLOW US TO CONNECT VIA BLUETOOTH!!?? I LIVE ON A MOUNTAIN, WHEN MY INTERNET GOES OUT I CANNOT PLAY ANYTHING!!! I have called Sonos and all I get is BS answers. If it doesn't change I will probably go to Bose. At least they work anywhere there is power via bluetooth.

Unreliable. For what the hardware costs, it constantly needs restarts and resetting. The software is clunky. It regularly forgets devices that are powered on and fails to detect them for random amounts of time We've had this system for years, so they got their money - but I'll tell you, this system is a ton of headaches and unreliability. Get google chromecast if you're looking for a total home wifi-bound audio system.
