TV playback has been having issues lately. I have to turn off my power strip when I turn my TV back on to reset my boost, playbar, and sub. My play 3s do not have to be restarted ( on a different power source). Still works flawless when streaming music or using Blu-ray. I'm pretty sure SOMEBODY at my house messed with my settings. But i can't get it to work properly
I wish I could tell you what I really think other than I have made a big and expensive mistake. Until the software's working 100% stay away put your money some where else and Yes I have been I touch with the tech team and that was as good as the software. I will improve the review when you give us improvement.
I am done with this app. I sold everything. I paired my system and it never stays on. Continuously reconnecting system is old. If night mode speaker mode getting stuck its this. Done with it took a loss on selling it all ,but will never deal with this again
It plays music well, but when I want to arrange certain songs on my device to a separate playlist it doesn't let me. Nor can I even PLAY some of my downloaded songs! It gets me so frustrated :(
issues now fixed...Same thing, now I can't use without An update, and Google play says I'm all up to date. So stuck!! Like every one else, worked fine for a year, then boom, stopped. I have to wonder about their testing. You should have beta versions boys. Really very disappointed. Can no longer recommend them.
Fantastic speakers, but let down by flakey interface and dodgy connectivity. Spent weeks working with help desk regarding system losing pairing and dropping off the network. Turns out Sonos polls every device on your network despite it not needing to, and if any part of your network has a latency issue it will affect the Sonos, even if it's hardwired to your router and using its own clean channel between units. So if you, like us, have a network with a variety of devices other than the Sonos, even if there's no reason for the Sonos system to interact with them, if those devices have latency issues it can make your Sonos network unreliable. Be warned.
