I'm going to yeet these damn speakers into the sun! Had em for almost 6+ years and we hardly use them because the app never wants to communicate to the speakers properly, the speakers don't like being re set up even though they go Grey ALL THE TIME! Istfg, don't waste your money.. (edit: looks like theyre going to discontinue the service February 2026,so plz don't buy any now)

I love the soundtouch system. An internet speaker with presets that once you set it up you don't need to open an app on your phone to use. I'm so sad this system is going away. I've looked for a replacement all over but nothing like this exists, so regrettably it'll be basic Bluetooth speakers from now on for me. My soundtouch 10 is still in excellent condition and I wished I could use this excellently crafted speaker for another 10 years, but bose has said no.

The Bose SoundTouch speaker is remarkable. The Android software interface is a nightmare. While I found another application that said it could be used to connect my android cell to my Bose SoundTouch speaker, it's a paid service. No thank you. Why can't I put the Bose SoundTouch icon on my Android cell? I can sympathize with the fact, software setup for many, many Bose products is challenging. I struggle with how wildly frustrating my particular experience has been.
