SiriusXM Online Channels Missing 10/22 - Update - Still missing the SiriusXM online channels. Especially MLB & NFL. A big deal this time of year. I think we're going to sell our Bose and go Sonos. Bose sounds good, but it's not so much better to recommend on that alone. Sonos provides more flexibility. After the latest update, there are a fair number of SiriusXM Online Channels that have disappeared. We have an All-Access account tied to our radios and even SiriusXM's app and my Grace Internet radio still have the correct listings.
I use it a lot I see quite a lot of poor reviews here but i confess that i like it and use it a lot with my phone. It either plays internet radio stations, various tunes from my NAS in my home and i have a deezer account and its virtually seamless in terms of its operation. I must have been using it for a couple of years now. Its turned a good radio into a brilliant one for me. I'm sure everyone has their own story but mine definitely has a happy ending!
It's okay. The app is just mediocre. There are small bugs that are irritating, but I could deal with, e.g. sometimes I click on a song, but it will play the song below the one I clicked on. Despite being clunky and outdated, it offers a lot of features like local radio stations. I live in Hong Kong, but could listen to my hometown radio station in Chicago. It's a nice feature. In conclusion, I didn't buy Bose for the app though it's a nice freebie, and that's exactly what it is. A freebie.
This really is dreadful !! As time has gone by I have also tried using the PC software which is as unbelievably bad as the android software! Why would anyone with a PC who knows anything about music have an iTunes library? I would rather eat my own ? than install, me also, iTwang on my computer! Got to say 30 years ago I used to use my home lan to play an mp3 on a shared drive and here we are living in apple Bose google retarded future where we can no longer select music folder as the source of our music!
Great, until it's not I had no problems when I first installed this app. It was easy to use, and made handling my Pandora presets a breeze. And then poof! It stopped working for no reason. I have tried everything to get it functional again, but nothing would work. Update 9/23/16: Out of the blue my app started working again! Let's hope this continues! P. S. I still contend that Bose customer service is horrible to get in contact with via phone!
Great- when it actually works. I love this when it's working, but 50% of the time the app can't connect to the device even though nothing has changed from the last time I used it, and everything is connected to the same WiFi network. Because it's not a consistent positive experience, I wouldn't really recommend the system to anyone.
