Flawless Application Only the best from Bose! There is absolutely nothing wrong with this Bose SoundTouch app as i have tested every aspect of this application. I will share a little tidbit with those who rate less than five stars, the most important thing to have is a very good phone and or tablet with a high speed quad core processor and at the very least 16gb of internal memory with at least 1 gig of ram (random access memory). Anything less just like a computer, will lag, lock-up or crash. Learn the technology people.
Sort it out! Absolutely shocking app. I have it loaded on my work iPhone, no problem, also have it loaded on a Windows 10 laptop, again no problem. When it comes to android does not know my bose soundtouch exists, but how come my iPhone does! Please Bose, work harder take some advice from Sonos, poach some of their developers!
Disappointed I am very disappointed considering such a popular brand providing poor app services. The app refuse to work and keeps on pinging setup screen shot/ steps again and again. This is now becoming a nightmare considering I have not been able to use it once since my purchase of 20 series. Kindly fix the app immediately.
Really? You charge $1500 for sound equipment and then provide them with this awful UI to drive it. The UI is horrific and painful to use, so much that I find myself not using my new Bose just because of this app. You need to start again and this time employ a decent UI team
So feckin' unreliable This app is so shaky it isn't true.... latest aberration (of many) is that it keeps telling me I need to go to the app store to update, and the app store tells me it IS up to date..... this renders is totally unusable - so how am I supposed to use my Soundtouch system now? Absolute rubbish....
Yet another useless update I can now no longer use the app to control my Sound touch systems! The screen freezes when swapping between screens. The app displays what I am listening to, but does not allow me to change anything. Why can I not stick with an older version? If I re-instal the older version is installed but when I go into the app I am forced into a non-functioning version. Come on Bose, you charge for a premium product but your support is way down below the bottom of the scale.
