complete trash. I'm so annoyed by this app and music system being unreliable. only 2 of speakers are showing up in the app. the app can't locate any others when I try to re add them...but if I press the button on one it starts playing music but doesn't show in the app. I guess I have to spend time on the phone with tech support because you can't make a reliable product.

The app does not work, plain and simple. I have spent thousands of dollars on a system that does not play music well as it should. Audio doesn't start, stops randomly, breaks, drops, moves from one speaker to another. Every now and then, it looks like Sonos has finally fixed things... but then a new app or firmware update comes, and everything goes back to being useless. Not sure what else to do at this point. You cannot keep asking your customers to be patient. It's unacceptable. And a shame.

I find this app to be convoluted and unpredictable in its performance. older versions worked better. it fails to remember settings, has a multi-layered maze of a menu that isn't very intuitive, and does not allow for a simple broadcast on the Sonos speakers of any web-based audio source playing on your device. It needs to be more open to allow greater use of the Sonos hardware.
