Soum app is really good. I bought a Dell laptop through it, and the seller was excellent. What he described was exactly what I received. I only had to go to their office to collect the delivery, but the product was 100% accurate. They first took the product to their office, checked it, and then sent it, which is a great approach. Unfair app, the worst customer service ever, I have clearly post 8 photos for my phone very obvious, then the buyer returned the phone after distorting the cover by a regular tabe ,, I've sent a complaint but they said it happens !!! Also they took a 25 SR. As a guarantee to post my ad. Don't recommend it at all.

Real products but inspecton and delivery taken so much time and no updates since 8 day's I'll purchase phone and price will change after ordering they charge heavy vat+instalment fees I buy in 2200 that becomes more than 3100 SR .
