Spare is a transportation app that allows you to get fast, personal, on-demand rides from your transit agency. It's simple, just tab a button and request a ride from one of our transit agency partners. Spare is available in cities around the world - download the app and take your first trip today.
Requesting a Spare trip is easy — here's how it works:
• Open the app and link your account to your transit agency
• Tell us where you want to go
• The app uses your location and matches you with a driver who knows where to pick you up
• Payment can be made using credit card, or transit agency mobile ticketing (in select cities)
• After you ride, you may be asked to rate your experience

This was working well enough. But today, it couldn't connect to the internet so I reinstalled it. Now, Citibus isn't listed as an available service anymore. I called the Citibus directly to schedule a ride and told them about the issue. They had no idea what happened so hopefully it will be fixed soon. I can call for the ride but I can't follow my pickup so I have no idea when my ride is arriving. That is annoying since the ride time can change.
