I'd give it a zero but that's not an option. First, it searches for a ride just with address information given. Then after that, you can go back and add the rest of the information. This is ridiculous. And annoying. Also, if you try to schedule a ride at the beginning of service hours it says, " outside of service hours"; which it's not. It didn't use to do that. And once your ride is set, you can't add a person. This is the worst and most inconvenient app ever.

Only reason it's a 2 is because it works. There's no notification tab, the only way it tells you your ride is here is through an email. Inability to schedule multiple rides at once or to set a repeating ride. You have to manually set a pin to choose where you want to be picked up from. The information provided displays the bus licence plate instead of the number plastered multiple spots on the bus or even the name of the driver. If putting in an addressed constantly puts the pin in the back.

The program used to generate routes is completely busted. It sends the drivers round and round in circles, picking up and dropping off multiple new passengers while leaving the guy who got on 30 minutes ago trapped on board... as the bus drives right by their destination without stopping.
