A half-baked, poorly tested app. After the initial installation it takes you to a page that requests:name/email etc. It didn't like my email (invalid) but offered no way to even "Cancel" from the page. I finally forced an exit from the app and re-entered it. This time, no page asking for name/email (??weird), but it did ask for Location permission,which I gave it. It took me to a map of my location on a page WITH NO BUTTONS, NO MENU... So, once again I'm stuck on a page with no way to leave

Nearly impossible to set a custom pickup location, the app kicks you out of the pickup field or freezes entirely. This means it's impossible to schedule a Prime pickup when your bus drops you off at a transit station, and you have to wait 20-30 minutes for your ride. You should be able to enter the number of the bus you're on so a Prime can be timed to pick you up when you arrive at the station.
