HELP! Who do I call for service. Unable to access app. Have had for many years but have had problems for a month so I was told to delete app and reinstall. Now I cannot access app.

We need a Desktop version, if it exists, i do not see it. And fair boxes, to live pay. I do not like my card number floating on the web.

Seems to only be a ride available every once in a blue moon Edit: and now with even more irregular rides they want to charge more for less
