- At-home exercise programs designed by your Spear therapist
- Easy-to-follow exercise videos with therapist-led voice instruction
- Daily progress tracking to give your care team insight into your recovery
- Access to in-app chat support from your dedicated remote Care Navigator to assist with your exercises and answer your questions (*available only to eligible users; ask your therapist if you qualify for this at-home support service)
- Google Fit integration to sync your step tracking data to the Spear PT & OT app
