This camera system was great, have had it for many years. HOWEVER THEY ADDED ADS. THIS WAS THE WORST THING THEY COULD HAVE DONE The last update for the phone has come with ads and it is now HORRIBLE If you get a notification and immediately try to open an app, suddenly there are 3 ads. THERE SHOULD BE NO ADS you pay for the system. It's on your wifi. This was a horrible addition to the camera system and allows for bumbling crooks to enter before you see them. FIX IT. The ads are not fair

Adds take over completely when trying to see the cameras, have to sit through several adds then end up at a Temu site without a close X, so have to shut the app. and start again. Completely useless as a security app. I want to see my cameras not your adverts. I will never respond to these adds, you are wasting your time and mine.

The alarm button is horrible. You can easly accidentally push the alarm button . It's even easier when you are at full screen. There is no confirmation, like you can make a selection for the 2nd time yes/no if you want to turn on the alarm. How can I turn off this feature all together, since yall have done such a horrible job when designing the alarm part? Anyone????? Since yall don't even want to respond to help us and your support team is TRASh!! We will go and pay to subscribe a whole app!!
