I can remember being able to use this app a few months ago. Today I went to Spencer's to get my free shirt. The app wouldn't open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It just says "Invalid Grant. Username or Password is incorrect" and the screen goes white. I thought it might have had to do with the service or wifi, but even hours later in my house with good wi-fi it is not working. Incredibly frustrating

Downloaded the app in store to get a 5th shirt for free, but couldn't even register. The app would go full Mitch McConnell. The cashier in the store seemed like they had heard enough about the app, as they didn't seem surprised at all that I wasn't able to get on. Tried from wifi as well once i got home, nothing. Sent an email to guest services. Spencer's: if your app is garbage (and it seems like it has been all along), quit making your promotions depend on it.

Every time I try to use the app. It pops up to accept the new term and policy.. I slide the button over to accept and it does nothing.. there is not another but to accept the terms or anything.. inhave Uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same thing.. i have an order that only half was shipped and I can't get to my info to even try to figure the missing part of my package out... the punch cards were done away with because they are now on your account... but the bugs are not being fixed...
