Downloaded the app in store to get a 5th shirt for free, but couldn't even register. The app would go full Mitch McConnell. The cashier in the store seemed like they had heard enough about the app, as they didn't seem surprised at all that I wasn't able to get on. Tried from wifi as well once i got home, nothing. Sent an email to guest services. Spencer's: if your app is garbage (and it seems like it has been all along), quit making your promotions depend on it.

I can remember being able to use this app a few months ago. Today I went to Spencer's to get my free shirt. The app wouldn't open, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. It just says "Invalid Grant. Username or Password is incorrect" and the screen goes white. I thought it might have had to do with the service or wifi, but even hours later in my house with good wi-fi it is not working. Incredibly frustrating

Got the app for buying 4 T-shirts and get 1 free. The app wasn't working right and wasn't showing my purchases. Contacted guest services, and they straightened it out. I had to do a little work and digging to show proof of purchase, but I got the assistance needed, so I changed from 1 star. A thanks to guest services for the help! 4 stars as I love shopping at Spencers, but could do with less boxes all over the floor, I have to shop with a baby stroller and gotta go all over the store to get by
