I purchased a car, and wanted some help with respect to call, most of the screen in the app does not work for example help button? without it how can I reaise any concern.. Probably they do this to void your 5 day return policy.. My car AC was not working after 1 week, they took it to service and it's been more than a week still they have the vehicle... if you believe the warranty service would be as same as paid one, i doubt it...!! They kept my purchased car more than me..!

very very bad service of spinny, after finalization of offer price, they are reduce the price, buyer of old car person are registered in his own mobile Number OLX website and after get number of seller, they cheat to the customer, Last three days I am follow with the spinny team but not getting any feedback and call from them. i have sold my car to them at Bellandur Bangalore centre. positive - 1. they offered better proce compared to competition negative - 1. App doesn't work for uploading RC etc. 2. I had to manually transfer the soft copies to their executive personal WhatsApp number who uploaded them to app. 3. Assigned executive was not even present at venue, someone else handled my case. 4. even after all documents uploaded and verified in their app, the on spot guy again taken all my documents photos.
