This app started out awesome. My kids loved it. The program really engaged them and they were learning quickly. BUT, the longer we used the program, the more it would buffer for. Then, one day it just buffered constantly. Never letting us log in. After paying $150/year, we had access for about half a year. Then no matter what we did, we didnt have access. Very disappointed. And huge waste of money.

The learning is great. This app works fine. I'm however disappointed with the kids app. Its not compatible with my phone and tablet which are recent models. That's pretty poor service considering it's not a cheap service to pay upfront for. My niece has access to the app on her tablet although it keeps crashing. After writing in a complaint I was told I could still access through a laptop. My niece is 3 years old and cannot operate a laptop. Great learning but just really disappointing app.

I signed my child up for this service for practice over summer break. It randomly lost all his progress data and claimed he didn't have an account. The company did give me a few days for free, but failed to explain the loss of data on their end. I also cannot view their website on my phone. Their interface is terrible, we will not be renewing after our first month is done.
