hard to find what you need (appointment after care summary was clear yesterday, found multiple times but was showing old appointment now can't locate at all to see if it has my latest appointment yet). our vet doesn't seem to use it as Luna's info is not accurate (we just had her wellness exam a few weeks ago yet still says she's due). some missing features for sure. expected more from a vet that is intended to get tech forward

like others have stated, I cannot get past the first page where it asks for your info and preferred location (which is required), but it won't allow me to select a location. uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it still won't work. just trying to access my pet's vet visit information

I like the app when it works, but I can rarely open it these days. It gets stuck on the logo screen and even when I close it and reopen it, it doesn't respond. Even tried deleting and redownloading. still gets stuck
