So, the BK crowns disappeared without me using them, I'm wondering if it's a glitch cause I don't understand why would my BK crowns would go away. I logged out and then I tried to log in (at first, I forgot my password, I tried to change it but I couldn't cause I didn't receive any email and I tried more than one time (5 times), but thankfully, I remembered my password). I logged in again, still no crowns! Also, I can't seem to edit my birthday, it's registered wrongly!

Can't use the application. the SMS verification is sent really late and by the time I receive it, the application will not honor it; therefore, I have to repeat the process. Same thing happened with my friends and we all end up calling the branch or ordering online from a different restaurant.

I'm sorry to inform you that you are became the most unprofessional place in Lebanon, I've always been a fan and loyal customer of you guys but I haven't had an order with no issues since idk when. Each order for past year had a mistake, and me being a loyal customer I ordered again but never anymore. I thought it was the branch at first but apparently all branches have the same problem. You are so unprofessional. I even memorized you Whatsapp complain number because of the number. Never again
