Broadway Grand Rapids is upgrading your experience with a new user-friendly app you can download straight to your mobile device. Subscribers and ticketholders can now store and manage tickets directly in the app for easy mobile entry. The app will make it easy to exchange dates or transfer tickets to a friend as well as provide helpful information about parking, restaurant partners, and DeVos Performance Hall. Additional highlights include access to our social platforms to keep you engaged and make your night out at the theater even more memorable!

Ratings and reviews

Since they've merged, the app tells you to link accounts on TM before signing in. The FAQs in TM state that when you sign in, you're all set. Yet, I keep getting the same error. Broadway GRs website is insanely buggy and hard to navigate.

This seems to only work if you didn't also have the Ticketmaster app installed. It still is not a user friendly experience. I work in IT so I can't imagine how others are trying to use this app.

Glitches out more often than it works, and half the time I'm unsure if my tickets will pull up because they won't download to my Google wallet.
