Ratings and reviews

Frustrated with this app. After the recent update, I found that on the racing pages, some horse names could not be seen. It would say the first few letters and then '...'. I contacted Sportsbet about the issue with a screenshot showing the problem. Instead of taking time to fix the bug, I received a generic email telling me to reload the Web browser - I clearly stated the problem was with the app. This shows that the customer support team did not take the time to actually look at the problem. 😡

I've had this app over 5 years but in the last 6 odd months all the updates have caused it to lag and glitch. Screen touch to reactivity being more then 5 seconds and constantly being frustrated has me nearly going elsewhere if this can't be sorted out, I have no doubt that many punters will be doing the same thing. Its getting way out of hand with how long these issues have been occurring...

Man, when I first got this app over a year ago it was great. Easy to navigate eand overall easy enough to string together a multi and place your bets. However, recently with new updates the app is crashing frequently. Trying to load broadcasting on the app leaves me with a black screen nearly 70% of the time and I have to re launch the app 5 times over before I finally get the picture to go with my bet. Just frustrating. How can the app go backwards I don't understand.
