absolutly aweful. cant think of a single app less reliable, you could be in service fast enough to stream 4k videos and it still wont open and more then half the time it will not work at all. needs serious work being a banking app. its unacceptable

Very basic app and lacks many of the features other banking apps offer. For a bank that makes millions in profit every year, you’d expect a much more modern app that’s on par with other banking apps. What’s really frustrating is that the app no longer saves recipients. Every time you want to transfer money to the same person, you have to re-enter all their details again. Previously, recipients could be saved automatically during transfers, which was more convenient. Don't know what changed.

The app does an okay job compared to other banking apps. Today, however, I was trying to access a report they have under the "for you" section called "your money report". this feature was pretty useful giving you a snapshot summary of your annual spending. They have since decided to take the feature away after an update, providing a worse experience for the user.
