Terrible app for way too many reasons. The automated chat support is terrible. I've logged into the app and I still have to login AGAIN to see my email address. The Accounts screen shows you one account at the top and then a list at the bottom. The two sections work differently though. Accounts don't have the same names as Internet Banking. There's no option to call from the app already authenticated. You can only send a message. Stupid ANZ Plus button at the bottom does nothing!

The app works great. The only problem I have is when I went to China recently and had to use wexin pay and alipay to pay for things, instead of it slowing me to use anz shield to get a code via the internet, the only TOTP method was mobile, so I kept having to enable Telstra that cost me $10 every day I had to do that, which was every day. Surely there is a way to enable notifications be l by methods other than SMS?

Extremely disappointed with the app and also the people supporting it. The simple process of raising a dispute for a transaction is so complicated. Every time a human comes up to chat, they ask for my address, email and contact number again and again. Looks like they don't even trust their own app. I can scroll up the chat and see everything that I provided. The humans chatting from ANZ side need it again and again every few minutes. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!
