Ratings and reviews

There is no option to talk to human support - ever. That means if there is something wrong with your pay or the job you're at, you won't ever have someone to talk to. Most jobs require a background check, but since you cannot get a background check without first being accepted to a job, applying for any job is impossible. One company works with spotwork in my major Canadian city near 1 million people. Great idea in theory, but horribly executed.

The app becomes slow and unresponsive every couple of minutes or so. It is impossible to complete my profile because it won't simply let me input my address. I have to select it from the suggestion list that appears as I type, yet the suggestions are not selectable. Also there is nowhere in the app I can go for support. If you go to their website, spotwork.co and fill out your information there, you just get an email telling you the download the app. Phone# in the email is not helpful.
