Very disappointed. I uploaded my driver's license, completed the selfie verification, and even provided my Social Insurance Number ana uploaded resume. The app said verification typically takes 2–3 hours, but it's been 3 days and my account is still stuck on "Verification Pending." I emailed support and received no response—not even an acknowledgment. This is unacceptable when you're asking users to provide such sensitive personal information.

The app becomes slow and unresponsive every couple of minutes or so. It is impossible to complete my profile because it won't simply let me input my address. I have to select it from the suggestion list that appears as I type, yet the suggestions are not selectable. Also there is nowhere in the app I can go for support. If you go to their website, spotwork.co and fill out your information there, you just get an email telling you the download the app. Phone# in the email is not helpful.

I downloaded the Spotwork app hoping to find some legitimate freelance work, but it has been nothing but a disappointment. Almost every job posting on the app looks like it's completely fake. I’ve applied to multiple listings, and I never hear back from anyone. It's clear that the job offers are just placeholders, if not outright scams. The app seems poorly managed, and it’s incredibly frustrating to spend time on it without getting any real opportunities.
