Worst customer service experience ever. The app showed a discount while placing the order, but after confirming, it charged the full price without the discount. There was no option to cancel the order. Customer service was not helpful at all. Very bad experience.

this app has a lot of glitches. delivery updates are not clear and messages are not properly passed on between restaurants, delivery riders and end users. twice i have had to wait for almost 2 hours waiting for driver and had to call customer care. developers need to work to improve the app

Order rejected by restaurant, but refund not received.Trying to contact customer care but line always busy. No way to contact them. No chat box or whatsapp or email id. There is only one common landline for all khedmah service, which is always busy.
