very glitchy, very buggy and very slow, i cannot use this app without spending too much time waiting for it to register my clicks or open tabs, the customer service is only through call which is very inconvenient for those who cannot speak at time. I'm frustrated everytime i use this app. edit: somehow it got worse, now whenever i try to pay it loads for 3+ minutes and it then crashes and closes the app, the payment doesn't go through but the app won't open again for another 5 minutes.

I ordered and the amount was deducted but the order did not happen and now I call them and they do not answer, they do the service unfortunately, I ordered from 30 hours and when I send them no one will answer, I will not order again, my money went to waste for nothing. of course this app deserve 1 star and if there was 0 star I'll do also. I have a screenshots that prove what happened.

I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes and still haven't received my order. There was no driver available, customer service did not answer my calls, and even my Instagram message was seen but ignored. This level of service is very disappointing and unacceptable.
