Ratings and reviews

You should be aware of how their delivery promotions work. They ask customers to add more items to get free delivery. After you reach the required amount and go to checkout, they offer several vouchers. The problem is that when you choose a voucher, it requires you to spend even more money before you can use it. In the end, you have to increase your order amount much more than expected, making the voucher not really useful.

I won a price and till now I haven't received it after 17 days, although in the rules, it says 7 working days .. I mentioned to them I am traveling for a month, and I contacted them over 4 days, and no action was taken .. they customer support will answer you after 5 - 6 minutes to not solve your problem ! will be absolutely my last time .. a gift with a headache bonus ..

Very bad customer service. There is a problem in Rafeeq App. It consumed 30 G of my mobile data allowance in 2 weeks and when i called them to check they did not help!! Will never use their app again
