I've had this app twice loved it the first time!!! so I had it and it worked great decided to let it go because my kids had been doing great and we have a diffrent app for tracking the kids (also gives us driver reports). I wanted this to control apps downlaod and if someone got in trouble you could turn off everything but emergency calls, and calls to mom and dad. So I got it back and bow in order for me to turn a kids phone down I have to have the phone. NOT A FAN BRING BACK THE OLD VERSION!!!

This app use to work great, but now that it has been updated, it doesn't locate very well. Other users in the group are not even given the ability to locate each other. It takes a long time to pinpoint where a person is. And quite often, it gives me the wrong area where a person is. It use to locate in real time and could follow the person, not anymore. You have to refresh constantly to see an estimated location. I am not happy with it anymore.

This app was fantastic when it was Sprint. Since T-Mobile took it over it is literally useless. It does not open the majority of the time. When it does open it shows the majority of family members cannot be located. It is not user friendly like the old app. I keep paying for it hoping T-Mobile will fix it, but so far nothing has been done to improve it. If I could give 0 Stars I would.
