When I open the app lately, it has pop ups covering the log in area. This time it was telling your customer service hours. Last month was telling about a shutdown. If you cover the log in area with messages....I can't log in to pay you. Can you fix this issue please? Very annoying.

Many important features don't work. I've been trying to switch my ACH payment from monthly to bi-weekly for 2 months. Customer service reps can't seem to get the new payment schedule to work even though I received confirmation in writing from SPS that my payments will be made bi-weekly. The app doesn't work, it is "experiencing technical difficulties, please try again later". The app is terrible and so is SPS as a whole. Inefficient, disorganized, antiquated processes, procedures and technology
