I have 8 cameras. Love this service, but after recent app changes everything has failed. I no longer get photos or videos sent to me, the app won't show me new or old photos or videos, and now the app says I'll need a NEW PHONE after the next update. It was great, now I'm furious i invested in this brand. If it did work, it can work again. Quit screwing with the app, please. Update: I connected the online chat twice and was rudely dismissed twice. They didn't listen or care about my issues.

After the latest update all notifications no longer open up the app when selected/pushed. Useless! The other issue is that I have two cameras on software v1.17 and two on v1.18 with revisions. One of them will check in daily but won't send a picture. Formatted card, added new batteries and kaput! It no longer works. I'm not happy with these anymore. 3.2024 format all and reinstall firmware does the trick.

It works really well for a day then doesn't do anything for a few days, even the sync picture set for each time doesn't work half the time. Good images when you get them but that's a big if. **Edit** this is the issue regardless of signal readout on the camera, it would have been better customer service to ask how signal was instead of assuming I didn't pay attention to the signal strength. Still no suggestions on why it happens or anything, no reach out for support even though i pay for it?!
