Parking Manager is the field tool for parking-enforcement and property-management teams: plate scanning, a vehicle registry, violations, and tow records, in one app built for the lot.

Scan a plate in seconds. Point the camera to read a license plate with on-device text recognition, or type it on the built-in plate keyboard. The result is color-coded: green for a tenant or approved guest, yellow for a suspected tenant, red for a wrong zone or overtime. It also shows when the plate was last scanned, which zones the vehicle is allowed in, and whether it has prior notices.

Keep a clean vehicle registry. Register tenant and vendor vehicles with make, model, color, allowed zones, and notes. An admin can approve a guest, such as a regular customer, with the reason on record, so that car is never flagged for wrong zone or overtime. Flag a vehicle and add an alert that shows on the next scan.

Issue violations with evidence. Record a violation with photos, the zone it was parked in, and the reason. Notices can print to the office printer, and every notice tracks its lifecycle from issued to delivered.

Record a tow that stands up later. When a vehicle is towed, capture the real time, the reason, who authorized it, and photos. It is a permanent record that freezes the notice history behind it, so a later change to those notices can never rewrite why the vehicle was towed.

Built for the field. Large, high-contrast, glove-friendly screens readable in sunlight, adjustable text size, and an offline-tolerant design: scans and records save with no signal and sync when you are back in range.

What’s new

Approved guests: an Admin can approve a known car as a guest from a scan result. It is no longer flagged for wrong zone or overtime.
Overtime counts only scans from the same day.
A clearer scan result: green for a tenant or approved guest, yellow for a suspected tenant, red for a wrong zone or overtime, plus when the plate was last scanned.
History colors each car the same way.
After one online start, the app keeps working offline for up to 7 days.
