For your crew — free, and it works offline. Your crew joins in under a minute with a 6-character code. No account, no app-store sign-up, no per-person cost — ever. They shoot captioned photos against each job, and everything works with no signal: photos queue on a dead-zone site and upload the moment they're back in range. An optional GPS tag can ride with each photo.

For you — run the business from your phone. Owners and office staff sign in to a SquareKeeper Works account and get: • Projects — create jobs and review your crew's photos as they land; caption or hide any shot. • Reports — compile a branded PDF service report from those photos and email it to your client with a live link they can open on any device. • Quotes — build line-item quotes your client reviews and accepts online. • Checklists — company and personal checklists, reminders, and a My Day view. • Crew — invite, view, and remove crew, and assign them to specific jobs. • Company & plan — your logo, reply-to address, report accent color, and plan usage, all in one place.
