Checklists is the to-do app for teams that run buildings.

A plain to-do list stops at the checkbox. Checklists keeps going: note "fix the lobby light," then turn it into a real maintenance work order or an operations project, straight from the to-do. What you jotted on your phone becomes work the whole team can follow, with nothing typed twice. (Converting needs SquareKeeper Maintenance or Operations on your plan.)

TWO SPACES, ONE HABIT
Keep a Work space and a Personal space, each with its own lists. Work lists can stay private, or an admin can share them with teammates. Personal lists stay yours alone.

MY DAY
Pull today's to-dos into one focused view that resets each morning. Anything you didn't finish is easy to bring back, so the list is a plan for today rather than a pile that only grows. Finished to-dos stay crossed off in a "Completed today" section, so you end the day seeing what you actually did.

TO-DOS THAT HOLD REAL DETAIL
• Due dates, and reminders by push or email
• Repeat daily, weekly, or monthly — the next one is scheduled from the due date, not from when you happened to tick the box
• Steps, notes, and links
• File attachments — documents and images
• Assign a to-do to a teammate on a shared list (admins)

FIND IT AGAIN
Starred pulls out what matters. Planned shows everything with a date. Search covers every list you can see.

WORKS WHERE YOU WORK
Add a to-do with no signal and it is there immediately — it syncs when you're back in range. Built for one-handed use in the field, with large-text and high-contrast options in Settings.

REQUIRES A SQUAREKEEPER ACCOUNT
Checklists is part of the SquareKeeper property management suite and is included with every plan at no extra charge. Sign-in credentials are issued by your organization's administrator — this app does not create new accounts. If your company doesn't use SquareKeeper yet, start at squarekeeper.com.
