I've literally used this app for YEARS, on multiple devices! Sometimes it's kinda difficult to figure out the download process on new phones, but I believe that's the phone itself, not the app. I love that there are not only multiple awesome ringtones to choose from, but also multiple great notification sounds, AND alarm sounds! AND best of all, it's completely FREE! What's not to love?!?

It works but when applied to ringtone many have very low volumes.

absolute garbage, doesn't let you download anything. literally just does not work.
