Ratings and reviews

Good to see lots of improvement but there should be a procedure where a customer must submit an application signed by him/her to consent that he/she is agree to avail app/internet banking services. There is a security issue. Anyone who is close to a customer can easily access the app using the NID and mobile number of the customer. RTGS and EFT should be included. Follow other banks' apps.

Please Enable Fund Transfer from Cash Credit CMSME (Trading ) Loan Account. The app is generally user-friendly and functional. However, it would be extremely helpful if you could enable the option to transfer funds directly from the credit card loan (CC loan) account. This feature is essential for better flexibility and easier financial management. Please consider adding it in the next update. Thank you!

Sudden break in sever for maintenance without a prior notice suffers a lot. The app is easy to use but lack many of the availbale and trustworthy MFS systems prevail in Bangladesh. Most often the server seems ti be down and internet banking system has a page which never opens. A funny and riduculous develpoment of BKB in digital banking is disappointing.
