StanbicIBTC is such a disappointment. After you hounded me for several months with a plethora of emails to use the e-token, I finally downloaded it, but the app would always crash each time I attempted launching it. This continued even after uninstalling the app, restarting my phone and then downloading the app again. Yet, no dice. What a shame! I expected better from this bank.

This is nothing but disgraceful. I have been getting emails to download a soft token for over 2 months now. I did download it with high hopes. Unfortunately, the app never opened for once. It crashes immediately you attempt launch. The scale of inefficiency cuts across the entire StanbicIBTC footprint; from the banking mobile app to the Blu Nest platform.
