Negative stars if I could. I haven't been able to use it as intended since I got it. *Unknown Error* it says when trying to link a partner. I've deleted the app, factory reset, stood like a flamingo, hopped around three times, customer support could care less..... nothing works and this was NOT cheap!!! It has been 3 months now.... fix it.

it's not working, can't connect long distance partner which is why I bought it.... forreal, I'm editing to say, don't waste your money on these toys, get a refund. I have done every single troubleshooting method you can possibly think of and the long distance play doesn't work. won't even let me create an invite and is just an endless spinning loading circle instead of letting me add a partner. I tried wifi, cellular data, reinstalling the app, restarting phone, giving all permissions. nothing!

Long distance play doesn't work at all. Request is pending forever, even when it's accepted. This was a huge part of the reason I bought the Chorus. Wish I could return it right now. Update 9/24: The app works.. for about one minute. Then the connection drops and I need to remove the device and go through the entire pairing process again. Really sucks because the chorus is a really powerful lil dude. Certainly not worth the price tag if it's main selling point doesn't work though.
