I'm currently in front of a Starbucks trying to do a mobile order. however, I've been randomly logged out once again, can't log in with my correct details and can't change my password either (getting no emails to reset password even after several prompts). i have 5 free drinks and 50€ in my app. are you serious?!

they finally fixed the bug that logged you out all the time, but other features are still buggy. currently they have an advent calendar with daily goodies - except that half the time the message in your inbox stays empty (blank screen), so you can't see what the goodie is. but since you have to show the message to redeem it, you couldn't collect it anyway. this also regularly happens with other notifications. Otherwise, ordering through the app works now, except no-one checks who picks up

Unfortunately the App or Billing System is not working. After being forced to download the app, create an account and trying to buy a giftcard, I finally have to give up. No way to purchase it and I deleted the App. I recommend a more userfriendly method to buy gift cards online
