Disappointed in my fav coffee spot. Over a month now your app has crashed; logged me out and has not logged back in ever since. I've tried EVERYTHING to no avail !!! Used to work fine. I'm a Gold member over 3 years + now... This is quite annoying! Seems like whenever there's an issue it's really bad. Last time the app crashed it wiped out all my points. Let's see if it will ever work and what the outcome will be this time around.

This app has not been updated since August 2022. And it shows as it just crashes and is unusable. Once you open it, it crashes instantly. In the one time it worked, it was good. Edit: Finally got an update that resolved the crashes by end of the year 2025. It's still very slow to load but at least they fixed the one issue that plagued this app(instant crashing). updated from 1 star to 3. keep it up

Fix your app!!! I have been using the App for over a year and I am Gold level. But for the past couple of months the app keeps crashing and we are not able to get any credit for our purchases. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and its the same, keeps crashing. I will switch to Costa Coffee App or even the paper cards of Cafe Nero if this is not fixed!
