Absolute hell of paperwork of an app. I try to open the app, it didn't work. then I update it. didn't work. remove the cache. didn't work. uninstall then reinstall. works. then my password manager does not recognize it. retrieve my password. open the link on the email. does not work. copy the email link manually on a different bowser. works. come back to the app. log in. give me an error message that I am in the wrong country. oh my god. please just get rid of the app entirely ; this is hell

Still bugging, even worse than before. The app crashes or says your password wasn't recognized when you're only just starting to write it..making it impossible to type. Impossible to log in.🙄 Apart from that.. There has always been lots of problems with logging in. The app asks you to choose a passcode and use your fingerprints. You register those. They work for a few jours then the next day the app seems to have forgotten everything and you have to do everything again 🙄 Anniying.

The app takes 3mins to open & barista are not that patient so I ended up not collecting the point often. previously it always crash & I need to keep logging in despite asking it to remember password. the worst thing is I can't screenshot my barcode.
