The worst app I have ever used. It is not user friendly. It's never ready and myself and everyone else in the queue spend forever trying to top up then find the barcode. The designers should be sacked it's so I unuser-friendly.

The app logged me out for no reason, and despite my password being correct, now refuses to let me login. I expect a full refund from my account since Starbucks removed it. To be clear, I had been logged into the same account for four years with no prior issue. This is unacceptable

This is mostly just advertising with very little functionality, even the basics. You can't even save favourite drinks. I'll never want a pumpkin spice latte, Starbucks, no matter how many times you forcefully show it to me. You can't transfer money from one Starbucks card to another so you have to hold up the queue asking the person at the till to take 35c off this one and 40c off another.
