I purchased 2 of the readings and they were so vague and generalized that it did not seem genuine or authentic. It felt as if I paid extra to have chatgpt create a reading that was in no way personalized. For example when it provided how I would meet my soulmate it listed everything, probably to cover all bases. I asked for a refund on the readings and they responded by email saying no, that they dont have ability to do that. Not worth downloading the app. Almost every feature requires purchase.

Offer a 3 day trial... but still charge you! I downloaded the app on a 3 day trial, I didn't like the setup so I canceled my subscription on the first day. After the 3rd day I was charged for the base subscription. This is unacceptable, if you offer a 3 day trial and we dont like your app you are not supposed to charge us anyway. This is bad business practices or a really messed up subscription system! Not happy at all!

tried to do the 3 day trial but it kept telling me my payment was declined... yes because I'm doing it on a card that I currently have locked BECAUSE YOU SHOULDN'T BE TRYING TO TAKE MONEY WHEN IT'S A FREE 3 DAY TRIAL! It shouldn't matter what card I choose to use for a free trial. seen another comment where they took money during a free trial. very weird behavior.
