My prepaid mobile plan got transferred to the new 5G app today. Starhub did not even send me a notification to transfer my number over. When I finally did transfer over, I could not add my credit card details in the new app for future payment. There is a 'saved as default' swipe button, that cannot be activated. Rang up the starhub hotline a few times. Restart & uninstall the app a few times and it is still not working. Also the toll free prepaid mobile number is no longer in use. Why??

Recently, the app is having issues. The app removed my card from the payment method. I tried to add-on my card but couldn't. It shows an error message instead. The app cannot retrieve data for my recent transaction (StarHub star plan). How do I even top-up my Starhub wallet before my plan might get cancelled or expired due to Starhub incompetent.

Minus 10 stars. Migrating from 4G prepaid. This app is wildly confusing. Don't make the mistake to try Buy Plan but you have to Manage Plan. While on WiFi and disconnected from 5G (plan ran out) I'm constantly bombarded with "connection issue" popups. Making payment for outstanding payment fails on first try after correct data entry and approving in bank app. 2nd try is successful. Then I want to change plan. That is met with "something went wrong". Unable to do so since December-25
