Starhub has abandoned this app. I went through a process to change the sim to a 5g, knowing that only the mainstay starhub app could be used. but I'm irked by the fact that the first top up is based on monthly average usage. it's 30 bucks in my case. Log in to the other starhub app with your number and not HubID. It's been confusing thus far.

I have been using this number for so many years but this time only when I topped up my number and when I entered my mobile number to check my balance then suddenly became invalid and put correct mobile number. Disgusting can not use my number for outgoing calls and even chat specially when going outside because can not register my number 'coz it shows invalid number. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and even restarted my phone but it seems the app is the problem.

App had been working fine for years. After recent updates and the 5G "upgrade" completely and utterly broken (Please enter a valid number). The other Starhub app equally broken (Oops, we encountered an error). What is going on?! Please fix!!
