This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...

Worst telco in an app. constantly faced data issues where my internet connection will restart several times when using my phone. this has affect my gaming experience and also having to wait several minutes for the data to reconnect. Poor customer service as well where support didnt even try to solve my problem. would not recommand this telco to anyone.

Sibeh laggy buggy app. Firstly logging in via Google didn't work, had to switch to fb and even that took repeated tries. Then it just stayed at the start up page for AGES, before finally opening up the normal UI page. And yet it is still very laggy and unresponsive when i tap on the bottom icons to switch tabs. No you have not. Not in my email on your app lagginess and inability to log in Also, i am trying to login again today, but keep failing. 2024-10-12
