Ratings and reviews

The mobile service itself is pretty good, they do have customer friendly policies. The 1-star rating is specifically for the app, which has horrendous stability and UI issues. The app is also singularly unhelpful in resolving problems that come up when traveling, such as when the roaming data stopped working overseas despite me seeing there was 4.8Gb of it left.

First telco to provide rollover at an extremely affordable price. although certain areas have weaker signals, most areas are still pretty much accessible and fast! Last of all, they always provide some bundle and free redemption for data bundle. This is truly the Telco that won't give you a billshock!

If I haven't need to swap eSIM, I won't have realized HOW SERIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Customer service non existence! Chatbat not respond! YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY RESPOND! I AM GIVING UP ON THIS TELCO. I thought it was my earbud that caused the song intermittently stops playing in Spotify, until I realized that was due to frequent drop in internet connections. When I am on the go, I can't even complete I song play. That's how bad with the connections. It never happen in other provider...
