This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...

The mobile service itself is pretty good, they do have customer friendly policies. The 1-star rating is specifically for the app, which has horrendous stability and UI issues. The app is also singularly unhelpful in resolving problems that come up when traveling, such as when the roaming data stopped working overseas despite me seeing there was 4.8Gb of it left.

The 4G data connection used to be better before the recent upgrade to 5G. I wrote in to customer service for support on the degraded connection but there was no response from them. The connection has since gotten from bad to worse, even in prime areas like Orchard. The data connection is also very unstable, be it local or overseas. I would suggest that you get a line from other telcos.
