This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...

I had used Giga a couple of years back, and it was really good. I came back to it again for the 5G and AI, but frankly, it has been a horrible experience. 5G is so unstable, 4G is only slightly better. Speedtest often begins at 20mbps. what about the AI? my expectations weren't high cuz it's obvious that this wouldn't be premium due to the price. however for the site, at least fix the UI when the user is querying. the UI shifts to the right while I'm typing and never returns to the convo.

whenever I open this app, there's a pop up which shows to buy something from Samsung. when I tried to close the add, there is no option to close the add. if I press back, then it closes the entire app instead of the add. so giga forces me to click the add and that redirects me to external link. worst marketing.
