This useless laggy app is stuck on the login screen. Text fields, buttons, back links are not working. It's as if it's a static image with no controls. Clear data, updating, did nothing. I can't activate overseas data plan but I guess it will not matter once I port over to another Telco. Thanks for being great in the past, but that's all there is to it...

I would give 0 stars if I can. Am trying make a simple cancellation to the line but cannot do so via the app. After following the cancellation procedures, the app asks you to contact an agent via chat or text. When you do so, there is no one there responding even after waiting for hours. You can't tell if there is someone on the other side. In other words, forcing you to retain the line even though you don't want to. Save yourself the hassle and frustration, and subscribe to GOMO instead.

I had high hopes for this SIM card, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The signal is often unstable, with frequent drops and weak coverage even in well-populated areas. When the connection does work, the data speed is far below expectations — making it difficult to browse, stream, or use basic apps.
