Living in a more rural area our options were limited. After talking to a few neighbors they all said Starlink. I ordered and it arrived in a few days. Setup was easy, and we were online in minutes. No annoying sales rep, not need to deal with installers or customer service as it just works. We get around 200mbps down which is really great compared to the local competition offering 20. Couldn't recommend more. There's been one outage and that was worldwide, not bad.

due to the geographical area I live, I do not have the option for many internet providers and the few I've used the internet and wifi is pretty spotty. since I've been using starlink the past year, I've had absolutely no issues. great service! great for streaming movies, music, and games. not to mention use of wifi for education purposes. never run out of data! and super easy to install an d hook up!!

I'm wondering if the customer support even exists. I bought the expensive hardware, paid the $50 for a month of service and used it 2 days before it says "restricted" I no longer have an active subscription. I login to the website and it confirms my subscription is active and paid up, but this hardware and the app are now just bricked. There is no way to contact support, you can only send a ticket. I did this about 5 hours ago (weekday midday) and no response not even acknowledging receipt :(
