Genesis Intelligent Assistant allows you to access features on your Genesis vehicle remotely from anywhere. Start your vehicle, lock or unlock your doors and more.
With the Genesis Intelligent Assistant App you can:
• Remotely start your vehicle
• Search and send Points of Interest to your vehicle
• Remotely unlock or lock the door
• Check if your doors are locked or unlocked
• Remotely activate the horn and lights
• Find your car
• Access your saved POIs
• Make a service appointment
• Access Genesis Connected Services
• Access maintenance information and Monthly Vehicle Health Report
• Receive calculated departure messages for synced calendar events with location
• Receive proactive notifications to remotely start and cool or heat your vehicle based on current temperature
• Access widgets for Remote Features, Parking, POI search & Send to Car, and more
 
Genesis app also supports Wear OS features. Use voice command or Smartwatch menu to access select features.

Update (12/11/24): Things have improved and had been more stable until recently. I only drive to the office on Tuesdays, and it seems like that's when the system is unavailable. My biggest complaint is they can't seem to keep the "quick climate start" setting to stay set. Permanently fix this and I'll give 5 stars. There was an update after my comment that addressed the constant refresh reminder message. They changed the app to refresh like other apps and no more reminder bubbles (thank you)

Great app. Easy to use interface. Remote locking is very efficent. Widgets are quick access to remote features. Love the climate presets. Feature request: Please allow setting a delay for auto-relocking when remotely unlocked, but doors remain closed. I believe its too short for the average parent with children. Also, the notification alert for doors remain unlocked after the car is off should have an acknowledge button or relock option on the notification or auto-lock after X time setting.

I am new to the app and it sounds like massive improvements have been made. However, there are a few things make this app a bit frustrating to use. For starters, there doesn't seem to be a remember me fuction for android. You can select remember me inside the app, but I still need to check the terms of use on every login. It's VERY annoying. I have reinstalled the app multiple tines, turned on biometric login and it still wants me to click the terms of service.
