Genesis Intelligent Assistant allows you to access features on your Genesis vehicle remotely from anywhere. Start your vehicle, lock or unlock your doors and more.
With the Genesis Intelligent Assistant App you can:
• Remotely start your vehicle
• Search and send Points of Interest to your vehicle
• Remotely unlock or lock the door
• Check if your doors are locked or unlocked
• Remotely activate the horn and lights
• Find your car
• Access your saved POIs
• Make a service appointment
• Access Genesis Connected Services
• Access maintenance information and Monthly Vehicle Health Report
• Receive calculated departure messages for synced calendar events with location
• Receive proactive notifications to remotely start and cool or heat your vehicle based on current temperature
• Access widgets for Remote Features, Parking, POI search & Send to Car, and more
 
Genesis app also supports Android Wear features. Use voice command or Smartwatch menu to access select features.
With the Genesis Smartwatch App you can:
• Remotely start your vehicle
• Remotely unlock or lock doors
• Remotely activate the horn and lights
• Find your car
• Set parking meter reminders
 
Android version 4.5 and higher required. An active Genesis Connected Services subscription is required to login and access the Intelligent Assistant App

Generally good. Can set things to happen when remote start (heated seats on, defrost, etc). But app is slow to get the message to the car. Expect to wait 30-60 seconds for sure unlock or start. Retrieve pics from the 360 camera is cool, but wait 2-4 minutes. Sending destinations to the navigation is awesome and works well. BAD: show the odometer reading and fuel level. Hard to navigate this app.

Owned my car for 5 weeks. Every time I refresh my EV status I receive an error saying the app cannot connect to the server, but up until today, it still refreshed. Now it won't refresh, shows 0 miles and 0% with an additional error (we're sorry we cannot complete your request). In the past couple weeks, the schedule feature randomly modified my start time from PM to AM causing the vehicle not to charge unless I notice and fix. No driving score shows even w 1000 miles driven.

2 stars because of the "concept". Such a great idea. It can work so much better. Requests take so long to be sent to and received by the vehicle. Usually it is "unsuccessful" in receiving the requests. Other vehicles like BMW and Volvo have perfected the app and interface with the vehicles. Needs much improvement and I'm looking forward to it.
