My experience is so bad. I have requested pickup twice bt yet they didn't came to pick my parcel.They canceled my first request and told me to send another one tomorrow between 10 to 4 pm. i have done it exactly the same way they said.My customer is waiting for the parcel and I am unable to send it yet. I have told them to fix my problem but they didn't fixed anything. I am really disappointed. you should work on your app.

Still very complicated to use for the first time, can't figure how to send a percel.

I'll give this team of steadfast 0 ratting. The worst services ever I met. Don't use it, your time and product will be wested. I tried to deliver my product last 2 days. It’s a box of sensetive plants. They take only time and didn’t pic up my product for last 2 days. They’re so unprofessional.
