The verification takes so long ... by that time, I downloaded pathao, had the parcel picked up and delivered across country.... all within 3 days and that verification is still pending for 5 days.

The app is stupid. The ownership verification takes ages. the app never let you know whether they support team is active or not. They just show you a message stating the word pending until you tap on the message and find out that the support team was already there waiting for you and left, congrats you have to wait again. The courier service itself is a trash, you send a stuff, it'll delay 2-3 days, then your receiver receives a damaged broken parcel.

I’ve been using the Steadfast Courier app for a while, and the experience has been very good. The interface is simple, clean, and easy to use.
