The app lacks many things compared to the website. The pricing system isn't complete in app. You can create support tickets but can't open them and chat in app. For any kind of support , you've to call them. The support tickets in app/website are literally useless. They don't even see them and barely reply. Overall their service is good but the system is horrible. There isn't even any category option [ books/document/regular ] while adding a parcel. Every time they get my delivery charge wrong.

Actually i've took a service (pickup & deliver) from them. As i don't run a pro business, so it was so difficult for me to take this initiative. But their one stuff helped me a lot, & guided me from first to last, they took me so seriously & helped me out to deliver the parcel. So gentle & polite behaviour. Highly satisfied with their service & recommending them💗

আপনাদের অ্যাপে কোন নোটিফিকেশন চেক করতে ঢুকলে বের হলে একবারে হোমস্ক্রিনে চলে যায় এটা অনেক বিরক্তিকর একটা সমস্যা এটা যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব ঠিক করুন । আপনাদের আপে আরো অনেক সমস্যা আছে বাগ আছে যে বাঘগুলো যত তাড়াতাড়ি সম্ভব ঠিক করার। (When you enter your app to check any notification, it goes to the home screen at once. This is a very annoying problem. Please fix it as soon as possible. There are many more problems with your app that have bugs to be fixed as soon as possible)
