Ratings and reviews

The app lacks many things compared to the website. The pricing system isn't complete in app. You can create support tickets but can't open them and chat in app. For any kind of support , you've to call them. The support tickets in app/website are literally useless. They don't even see them and barely reply. Overall their service is good but the system is horrible. There isn't even any category option [ books/document/regular ] while adding a parcel. Every time they get my delivery charge wrong.

The developer team should be changed. Very poor app when it comes to their functionality. No back option, it loops in the same page. Edit options do not work properly. I had to change through their website. Customer service is good though. Invest funds on developer team and hire better engineers.

Recently I faced a problem because of my own mistake while sending a parcel so I immediately contacted the customer service. They were really helpful and quick to solve my problem which is why I had to rate them 5 stars. I am very satisfied with their service. Also it is very easy use compared to pathao courier.
