Ratings and reviews

The app lacks many things compared to the website. The pricing system isn't complete in app. You can create support tickets but can't open them and chat in app. For any kind of support , you've to call them. The support tickets in app/website are literally useless. They don't even see them and barely reply. Overall their service is good but the system is horrible. There isn't even any category option [ books/document/regular ] while adding a parcel. Every time they get my delivery charge wrong.

Recently I faced a problem because of my own mistake while sending a parcel so I immediately contacted the customer service. They were really helpful and quick to solve my problem which is why I had to rate them 5 stars. I am very satisfied with their service. Also it is very easy use compared to pathao courier.

App and website has a lot of bugs. I placed an order in the morning and at the last moment I called just to ensure as their customer service team is the worse and gave me wrong info multiple times and finally they said that I haven't placed any orders whereas in the previous 3 to 4 times they said everything was right. Overall it was th3 worst service experience I ever had.
