I like how we can message someone for support (warm line only, not for crisis) but there were many technical difficulties when I use it. Like, I wish it wouldn't kick me out of the chat when I accidentally tap the back button on my phone (habit). The peer supporter doesn't know and I'm stuck waiting in queue again while they are waiting for my response.

Can't even get to the app. It just gets stuck on a blank loading screen for minutes before kicking me back to main logo screen. Tried again and again, just keeps doing the same thing.
