mine started at $11.99. I sent email to cancel must of sent to wrong address cause they did not receive it. then I was charged $49.99 a month. But once I figured it out cancelation was easy. didn't bother trying to get my cash back I was just happy I got it canceled. Even for my bad experience customer service was polite and on the ball. so I give them a 2 star for that.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was not the app I thought I was downloading. There is nowhere in the app to manage subscription to cancel. There is no website to go to to manage account. There is no real way to contact them to cancel. I ended up having to close my credit card account and report them as fraudulent charges. DO NOT GET THIS APP!

false advertising. I downloaded the app under the impression that it was a ti-chi exercise. I paid for it, downloaded it and it turns out it has nothing to do with ti-chi. it is just a walking app. also, there is no way to cancel the subscription on the app itself. so when you do it from Google apps, it only allows you to send an email. frustrating. save your money.
