Ratings and reviews

Last year, it worked quite well. This year it is almost impossible using the app, the states are totally broken. If you try to edit an answer, you have to press multiple times. If you expand the overview of amounts paid, it overlaps the text of multiple sections. Sometimes you can't even open another task, the app becomes totally unresponsive. Seriously, pay more attention to QA your product

I've done taxes for 3 years, it's really easy.

You're not able to use prefilled tax return if you already started filling out the form. If you also go back a couple of answers you then have to redo a bunch of more and it's unclear when are they going to be saved. I'd also like to see some tips on skipping some "unnecessary" or "low-value" sections that take a lot of time to fill out to give you back very limited results. Otherwise the process was quite smooth and fast.
