About this app

Storable Mobile Walkthrough brings facility walks to the field. Built for operators using Storable Edge and SiteLink by Storable, it replaces clipboard-based checks and delayed data entry with a mobile workflow for reviewing units, documenting issues, and taking action in real time.

Use Mobile Walkthrough to:
- Run structured walkthroughs and checklist walks
- Review and filter unit and facility information
- Capture photos and add notes, including voice-to-text
- Create tasks and mark existing tasks complete
- Handle delinquency follow-up and overlock actions where supported
- Review completed walks with timestamps and audit history
- Download or automatically email walkthrough reports

Mobile Walkthrough currently supports Storable Edge and SiteLink by Storable. Sign-in requires an active account with Storable SSO enabled, and available features depend on the FMS, your organization’s access profile, and assigned facility access.

What’s new

1. SiteLink facilities are now supported. The app selects the platform from the user's entitlements, looks up facilities by company, and sends the facility alias on the wire. Screens use the wording of the facility management software the user signed in to.
2. Delinquency and overlock work on SiteLink. The overlock action card and the units-list badge render offline from data the units list already holds, and show the latest note.
